Hagai Ashlagi is the senior partner who heads the Litigation and Class Action Departments at Cohen Wilchek, handling commercial and administrative litigation while also providing companies with ongoing legal advice and supporting commercial transactions.
Adv. Ashlagi represents clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations in commercial matters related to, among others, companies and the capital market, intellectual property, administrative and constitutional law, real estate, advertising law, sports law, and labor law. He also serves as an arbitrator and mediator in various civil and commercial matters.
Adv. Ashlagi has unique experience in representing companies and partnerships in complex international disputes, including in the case of Israeli investors who have fallen into difficulties when investing in properties overseas.
Adv. Ashlagi began his career with Haim Zadok & Co. before becoming a partner and head of the litigation department at Cohen, Ashlagi, Eshel, which later became Eshel, Ashlagi, Rozent Law Offices. In 2020, he and his staff merged with Cohen Wilchek.
In addition, Adv. Ashlagi was one of the founders of Tebeka – Advocacy for Equality & Justice for Ethiopian Israelis.
