Elad Afari

Elad Afari specializes in complex insolvency cases, serving as a functionary in certain cases and also representing debtors, creditors, and investors in rehabilitation, liquidation, and debt settlement proceedings for companies in difficulty. He also handles insolvency cases for individuals, associations, and municipalities. In addition, Adv. Afari deals with matters of civil and administrative litigation.

Professional Experience:

After working at Cohen Wilchek for about six years, Adv. Afari became a partner in the firm at the beginning of 2010. He previously interned with Judge Varda Alshech, former Tel Aviv District Court Deputy President.
