Hadas Brave heads Cohen Wilchek’s Administrative Law, Tenders & Labor Law Department.

She handles administrative law at all levels, in addition to tender law and labor law relating to the public and non-profit sectors. During her career in the administrative law field, Adv. Brave has garnered experience with a wide range of complex procedures, including in the context of local authorities, municipal taxation, planning and zoning, immigration and emigration, employment regulation, imports, and special regulations. She is considered one of Israel’s leading attorneys in the field of education law and also has extensive experience providing legal guidance to non-profit organizations and charitable associations.

Adv. Brave represents clients in all courts, with a particular emphasis on administrative courts and the High Court of Justice, as well as in hearings and proceedings held in government ministries, local authorities, various statutory committees, disciplinary committees, and the Knesset.

She serves as deputy chair of the Israel Bar Association’s Non-Profit Committee and is a member of the Association’s Administrative & Constitutional Law Forum.

Professional Experience:

Adv. Brave began her career with Dr. Rhanan Har-Zahav & Co., where she interned and later worked as an attorney in the fields of administrative law and higher education law. In 2014, she founded Hadas Brave Law Offices – a leading, highly-ranked boutique law firm specializing in administrative law and higher education law.

In 2021, Adv. Brave and her staff joined Cohen Wilchek as part of a merger process.
