Carmit Rabi


Adv. Rabi provides comprehensive and ongoing legal service to private clients as well as to municipal authorities, and handles a wide range of matters relating to planning and zoning law, including providing legal opinions and handling legal cases before planning committees and courts.

The legal activity of Adv. Rabi also includes legal accompaniment and promotion of building plans and building permits, objections to plans and requests for permits, compensation claims for impairment of real estate, improvement levies, building fees, etc.

In the past, Carmit served as the prosecutor of the Lev HaSharon Planning Committee in criminal proceedings under the Planning and Zoning Law, as well as the Lev HaSharon Regional Council for violations of the Business Licensing Law and various by-laws.

As a person who devoted her professional life to planning and zoning, Adv. Carmit Rabi has a Rich extensive experience in the field and holds a unique specialization in reading and examining applications for building permits and plans of all types.

Adv. Rabi is also a practical engineer of architecture and in the past was employed as an examiner of plans and applications for permits at the Lodim planning committee.

Adv. Rabi has completed her internship in the planning and zoning department of the law firm Aaronsohn-Abulafia-Gal-On-Tzin-Amodai & Co.

Adv. Rabi is a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2002. Since then she has been working in our law firm, first as an associate and since 2013, as a partner.
